How Brainstorm Works.

The way it works is that a trivia question will be posted every day and a riddle posted every week. You will submit your answer in the comment section along with confidence points you want to apply (1-5).

All questions will be up until the end of the month so submit when ever you like. Standings will be updated every month.

Round One October '15 Riddle & Brain Teaser

Alright, we are going to try something new where I will present both a riddle and a brain teaser.  Points will vary of course.
 
You will have until Sunday, October 11th at 11:59pm to solve them.  You may post your answer here in the comments section.

Riddle - 4 Points
What is it that when you take away the whole and you still have some left over?
 
 
 
Brain Teaser - 3 Points
There are 20 people in an empty square room.  Each person has full sight of the entire room and everyone in it without turning their head or body in anyway (other then the eyes).  Where can you place an apple so that all but one person can see it?

    place the apple on one person's head....he would be the only one who would not be able to see it
